This was a great hotel to stay at! The value for what I received was almost on par with a four star hotel. Room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was helpful. Overall, a great day.

The bed was as hard as a rock, walls paper thin, halls had that smell. It was a cheaper price then the other around for a reason.

When there was staff at the desk they were helpful. Otherwise this hotel is bare bones, not hand towels or soap in the room. Not very well maintained or cleaned.

The room was clean and everything worked. However, getting checked in was difficult as hotel staff was not near the front desk and per note on the desk to call a number to get checked in required three attempts before someone picked up

The room was very clean and appeared to have new fixtures and appliances. The location was outstanding and within walking distance of lots of food options and a few entertainment options. The entire facility looked very clean and new, and my only three complaints are that the beds were not super comfortable (not terribly uncomfortable, mind you, just not the most plush), the blinds were not very room darkening, and also even though our room was non-smoking, we could detect smoke smell in the hallway because apparently there are a few rooms where people are allowed to smoke inside their room. I get the impression those might be longer duration guests. Overall, it was a great option with families.

The front desk was often unattended and there were shutters closing off the front desk. The kitchenette does not have any tools or equipment. Hotel didn’t supply a hairdryer, Kleenex, even plastic cups. WiFi was spotty at best. Extremely expensive for what you get. Very disappointing.

Some of the staff, guests, and their friends were very rude. Police and fire department were constantly at the location. I think some of the employees were fired. I reported a plumbing issue but don't think it was ever fixed and my reports were ignored.

This is the budget of all budget hotels. We had a room for four people, got two towels, beds were horribly uncomfortable. Pillows were super flat (and just two/bed). Our "kitchen" came with exactly zero utensils, pans, cups, or anything that would make the kitchenette actually useful. Seemed that every time we walked in/out of the hotel entrance there were some random people just sitting/hanging out there smoking (well within 25ft of the front door). I felt dirtier when I left the hotel. Never again!
