Although it was a long wait for a room, we understood being short staffed and with back to back check in and outs kevin did an amazing job.... I stay at woodsprings all the time now while traveling so far they have great employees.. And cant complain about the amazing views

i Did not realize this was an extended stay. Someone burnt food on floor four and fire alarms went off three times the second night. That disabled the one and only elevator. Room was clean, but very basic. People were allowed to have pets, unfortunately there was a lot of dog droppings around the building. That was nasty to see

Limited amenities, no coffee in the room or in the lobby. The bed nd sheets were OK but not stellar. That said, the room was spotlessly clean and quiet, the staff was friendly and responsive, and it was very close to many attractions in the area, as well as my medical appointment. It was also significantly less expensive than the surrounding properties. Overall, no frills, but nice.

Bed had crumbs in it. Pillows and bed had hair on them. No sheets or pillows for pullout bed only 1 sheet and a thin fitted sheet on the top as a comforter. There was loud music playing at 2 am in the room next to us. Doors slamming all night with people talking and banging on doors all night.

I go by the reviews on Hotels.com and this hotel had decent reviews, however I had no idea this was an extended stay hotel. It was basically like an apt complex, with shady characters and people living in their cars in the parking lot. The room was clean but the walls were thin and you could hear your neighbors. But all in all, I guess you get what you paid for as the room was cheaper than others in the area.
