This place was adorable! It was roomy and very comfortable and clean. The location was perfect for sightseeing and the grounds were beautiful. We watched mule deer wandering on the property daily. Andrea was a great hostess! Very friendly and helpful. We hope to visit again in the future.

Stayed here for a long weekend with my kids. Loved that there was a playground, pool, and ball court on the premises to keep them entertained! The clean unit and well stocked kitchen were also very appreciated. And the location cannot be beat. Would definitly stay here again.

This is our second stay at this property, first stay under new ownership. The new owners are great too. We absolutely love this place. Location is perfect for visiting Manitou Springs or Colorado Springs with tons of activities to do very nearby.

The room was really clean. The AC worked. Lol right beside a creek. Sooo cute. Beds were extremely comfy. Andrea was so sweet and kind. Parking was greak. Lots of space.
