Small family friendly, clean, safe, and most things are provided. Jessica, the hostess, always answered her phone but not an email. She forgot to send the garage door code but answered my call right away to give it to me. The garage door didn't open so Jessica called a neighbor who came right over and lifted the door for me. I didn't have any further problems during my stay. There are a couple of toy boxes full of fun things. The ice machine on top of the fridge is noisy but I got used to it - like a white noise machine. The house is located in a safe, quiet neighborhood that has seen better days. The interstate is an easy 3 mile drive away (best guess).

Our visit to Colorado was nice. The VRBO was perfect. There was good communication while we were there. We didn't need anything extra but they did have some items stocked incase they were needed like a toothbrush. All in all we were please with our stay. This was a better option than staying with family we were visiting.
