This spacious 2,600 sq ft home blends turn-of-the-century character with tasteful modern updates, creating a comfortable and welcoming space for families and groups. The main level features an open kitchen, dining, and living area that makes it easy to spend time together. The kitchen is thoughtfully equipped with a large bar for seating, a Keurig coffee maker, and a highchair for younger guests, while the dining table comfortably seats eight for shared meals.
Just off the kitchen, the cozy living room offers a Smart TV, foosball table, board games, and books—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring downtown or the mountains. Also on the main level is a private bedroom with a queen bed, seating area, Smart TV, and its own ensuite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower. A convenient half bath and a full-size washer and dryer complete this level.
Upstairs, you'll find three additional bedrooms designed for flexibility and comfort. The primary bedroom includes a king bed, an accent chair, and a dedicated desk for work or quiet reading. Another bedroom features a twin-over-full bunk bed, while the third bedroom offers a queen bed plus a tucked-away sleeping nook with a twin bed and twin trundle—ideal for kids or extra guests.
