Front desk people hardly plesant. The breakfast person didn't show so front desk lady was trying to do it. Hardly any food came out and since we chose because of breakfast included it was very disappointing. Our lighting was fritzing the whole stay. Asked for pool towels because they were empty and they never came. Hot tub was empty. Stayed there a year ago and enjoyed it so we returned. Will not return next year.

To secure a blanket for the pull-out couch, a request must be submitted several days in advance. Additionally, the jacuzzi is currently malfunctioning, and the breakfast food is not fresh. Furthermore, the television in the room will turn off abruptly without prior notice.

Loved the Laundry and gym access. Room was awesome. Breakfast buffet is nice, just that would recommend having a more of better routine system so that there is always access to food being ready and available because it seemed only one person was taking care of the buffet and was being overwhelmed trying to hold up the buffet with food and coffee Happy Hour was great though. Sad that the jacuzzi was broken.

Amazing stay! Easy to book and check in. My family of 5 booked the two bedroom suite and it was top notch, from the space, cleanliness, quality brand toiletries we just absolutely loved it and would 100% book again. It was okay but not worth the $$

I chose this hotel for my husband’s birthday and one of the main reasons was because of its pool and spa. The pool was okay but still cold even though it was an inside pool and the spa was freezing! It was also kissing a bunch of its tiles.
