Dive into your next mountain adventure, then unwind in this private, modern mountain home surrounded by evergreens and aspens.
Just 3 miles up a scenic drive, the home sits at about 10,000 feet with breathtaking Pikes Peak views. Step outside for a one-mile gentle hike or snowshoe to Upper Catamount Reservoir, where you can fish, kayak, mountain bike, trail run, or simply relax in a hammock with mountain views. Continue the trail for a 7-mile route toward the Pikes Peak Highway for those wanting to test their legs toward the summit.
Expect warm, sunny summer days, chilly evenings, and frequent snow in winter — a white Christmas is likely.
