I needed a jumping off point to explore Manitou Springs and honestly this place was perfect. It is a little outside of downtown but maybe a 2 or 3 minute drive. The staff was super helpful and welcoming and the breakfast was a great perk before leaving and checking out the area. I would highly recommend.

Always clean and friendly. They offer decent breakfast with boiled eggs and waffles. A good deal for us and my husband used to vacation here as a child. Not luxurious but we’d rather spend money on food and adventure.

Rooms are a little dated but very clean. The check-in staff was friendly. Rooms are not soundproof, so you can hear the road next to it and the neighbors, although ours were pretty quiet. Walkable to food, convenience stores, and tour options, We brought our bikes and could bike to the entrance of the Garden of the Gods park very easily.
