The house had all amenities for a wonderful vacation for a family of 12, ages 5 - 73, and 2 dogs. In a secluded valley close to Colorado Springs. High end decor, spacious rooms, well equipped kitchen, little extras, TVs, wifi, toys, ping pong,hot tub and more. Fantastically beautiful view of rolling hills, reasonable distance to attractions. Responsive to questions and requests. All of us were very happy.

This property suited our needs perfectly. We celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary with our kids and spouses and their children together. 10 adults and 10 kids (aged 2 to 13). Plenty of space for everyone, the trampoline and lower outdoor patio were a big hit with the grandkids as they had their own "private" space for breakfast and outdoor play areas. The downstairs area doubled as the World Cup games viewing area,The kitchen and dining arrangements (indoor or outdoor on the second level patio) were great and suited our needs perfectly. Our host was great and prompt on our one minor request.The location is convenient to Colorado Springs and Denver as well as some of us when to see a Rockies vs Red Sox game. Great time was had by all!
