Casa Claudio Colorado is a three bedroom, two bathroom unit in beautiful Colorado Springs, CO. It is completely renovated inside (December 2018) and is equipped with all new appliances and completely new furniture. It is decorated with a rustic glam feel. It is a duplex unit location with an attached one car garage. Located less than 2 miles to Garden of the Gods, Manitou Springs, The Incline, Cave of the Winds and many sightseeing spots! Only one block away is beautiful Colorado Avenue which boasts some amazing restaurants and shops. Casa Claudio sleeps up to 8 people and has one king bed, one queen and a twin/full bunk bed. Casa Claudio is very kid-friendly offering a crib/play pen, high chair, family movies, games and more! We provide luxury linens through out the entire residence and memory foam mattresses. Wonderful location and very clean. Nicely decorated and comfortable beds. Would suggest updating photo to show dining table. We expected and preferred the couch/chairs that were pictured. (But others might like the large dining table with bench seating) There was nowhere comfy to sit without going downstairs to family room.

The best location in Colorado Springs

My family and I loved that there was a quiet bedroom away from the others, and the home was so, so clean!The location is perfect! Walking distance to all of the shops and restaurants in Old Colorado City, super close to Garden of the Gods, and easy driving distance to about a million great spots!! Cannot wait to return!!!

Overall, we had a great stay! The location was very convenient and it was great to have off the street parking. The house was comfortable and came with a lot of amenities. The only inconvenience was the amount of toilet paper that we had for four people. We were left with two rolls in addition to a 1/4 of a roll that was already in the one bathroom when we got there. The host was quick to respond when I inquired, but confirmed that anything outside of the two new rolls left, we were responsible for. Two rolls were definitely not enough for four people across 5 days, but I feel like this should’ve been communicated better. Other than the toilet paper, we had extra of everything else- towels, laundry detergent, garbage bags, shampoo, etc.

Great location, lovely kitchen and decor. Was hard to tell online that the kitchen and dining area was upstairs from the living room, so a bit of up and down. Garage can only accommodate a compact car, but still able to park in the driveway.
