The fully equipped kitchen has the essentials for preparing meals at home, including cookware, dishes, appliances, plenty of cabinet space, and a pantry. Whether you're cooking a quick breakfast or settling into a regular routine, everything is ready for your extended stay.

The primary bedroom offers a king-size bed, storage for your belongings, and a private ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom features a queen-size bed and additional storage.

A separate office gives you extra flexibility during your stay. Complete with a desk, futon for additional sleeping space, and another TV, it's a great setup for working remotely or accommodating an extra guest.

• Shared outdoor areas are used by other residents and guests in the community.
• There is no mailbox access at this home, and guests cannot receive USPS mail at the property.
• Colorado winters can bring snow and icy road conditions. Guests traveling during winter may want to consider a 4WD or AWD vehicle.
