Welcome to the impeccable Mountain Vista now with a brand new jacuzzi overlooking gorgeous views and a detached guest suite that is included with your rental!



Mountain Vista offers Colorado Living at its finest with breathtaking views of Pikes Peak. You're sure to create memories while staying in this modern and spacious newly built custom home. Mountain Vista is conveniently located to nearby amenities in Woodland Park (7 miles), Manitou Springs (22 miles), Colorado Springs (27 miles), Downtown Denver (95 miles) and Breckenridge Ski Resort (80 miles). A short drive will take you to many of Colorado's most popular tourist attractions.



This home offers a hot tub with stunning views of the mountains, 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths (additional bath in guest suite) which includes a convenient and spacious main floor master suite, sleeping 8 guests. The private, lower level guest suite consists of one bedroom, kitchenette, living area with a sleeper sofa and a full bathroom. The guest suite has a separate exterior entry and does not have access through the interior of the home. With the lower level suite, the home accommodates 12 guests.



Mountain Vista is perfect any time of the year. Enjoy hiking, fly fishing, rock climbing, off-roading and exploring the nearby Pike National Forest.

A visit to Pikes Peak Highway, Florissant Fossil Beds National Monument, The Colorado Wolf and Wildlife Center is definitely a memory you won’t forget! Our stay at the house was awsome! Everything was so nice and cozy. The house already fully Christmas decorated. Every room was nice and clean and the kitchen had all the necessary things to be able to cook and bake. We enjoyed our stay!! I highly recommend this house.

This is such a grand house. We certainly felt out of our league, but in a very good way. Everything was so clean and inviting. The master suite was exceptional. We were quickly spoiled by the heated tile in the master bath. We booked this house specifically due to the view of Pikes Peak and it 1,000% did not disappoint. As we unloaded our car, we were treated with a visit from a very friendly, young buck. The house was clean and well furnished and we felt very welcome. The driveway could have been a problem had we received any snow. Luckily we just had one vehicle so we were able to park in such a way and with our AWD, we were able to get out of the driveway with little problem. It was quite steep though. Having a guest suite was nice, but we didn't use it. We used the hot tub one time. It was a little tricky to get to due to the steep driveway but we were able to navigate that with little issue. None of these items were downfalls to the trip/stay, but thought we would pass those things on for future renters in case there are mobility issues. Our buck friend did come back while we were in the hot tub. Sitting on the deck, staring at PP, felt so surreal. We were so blessed to have been able to stay here.

The house and the view was great. We could see Pikes Peak and the leaves were turning golden on some of the trees. The drive way is very steep and bit challenging otherwise it was wonderful.

A great place for a family vacation.

Mountain Dream was fantastic!

The home was beautiful, exactly as portrayed in the listing. Lots of room, great kitchen, very nice gas grill, and the hot tub was a hit. Very quiet area with postcard view of Pikes Peak right off the deck. Excellent experience.

Beautiful home in Divide

Absolutely gorgeous home with a stunning view of Pike's Peak. There were eight of us staying (family and two friends) and we had plenty of space and a huge new kitchen in which to cook our meals. The property manager was so helpful when we called with a question. We felt very much at home and really enjoyed our vacation here.

Relaxing escape

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the property on Ridge Road. We were there for four nights and it was a serene getaway before dropping our two boys off at the AF Academy. Plenty of space to come together and also have some time alone. Thank you for a lovely stay in your beautiful home.
