Permit: A-STRP-25-0125S Fabulous mountain property nestled in a quiet neighborhood! Minutes from USAFA, Garden of The Gods, Manitou Springs, downtown, outlet shopping, and fine dining. Hiking and biking right out the door! Ute Valley and Blodgett Peak accessible from the home. Beautiful patio to relax and enjoy coffee and drinks and dinner in the evening. Main floor has a living room/TV, dining room, and the kitchen opens to the patio and family room. There is a half bath on the main floor. Upstairs are three bedrooms. Two guest bedrooms with queen beds and the master with a king bed. Bedrooms 1 and 2 share a shower and toilet, with separate vanities in each room. The master contains a spacious room that also walks out onto a top patio. The bath includes a shower and toilet with two sinks. Basement, garage, and pantry are not accessible and may have a property owner in and out when they are not working. (Separate access--you will not see them).
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned vacation home, which features a fireplace and a Smart TV. There's a private balcony. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. Complimentary wireless internet access is available to keep you connected. The bathroom with a shower/tub combination features a jetted bathtub and a hair dryer.

Awesome Location & house

The house to close to many tourist sites - Pikes Peak, Garden of the Gods, water falls and many hiking trails. There’s a nearby grocery store, Walgreens, and restaurants. The decks offer great views. Lots of room for our family to spread out and everything was comfortable. We had a great time!!!

Lovely stay in Colorado Springs!

We really enjoyed staying in Kelly’s beautiful home. It was bright and spacious and, if anything, even better than the pictures show. The views from the back decks were gorgeous, and the amenities were what we needed and as advertised. The beds were very comfortable, and the house was perfect for us as a family with relatively young children. When questions came up, Kelly was very responsive. Thanks again for a lovely stay.
