The room was dirty and you could see hairs all over the bathroom floor. The fire alarm was covered with plastic, I told the receptionist and they said it wasn’t supposed to be there. Another example of how they don’t clean or notice what’s going on in there rooms. We went down for breakfast at 7:45am (breakfast is 6am-9am) and they ran out of eggs and sausage with a note saying they wouldn’t have more until the next day when there supplier came. They only had white bread to toast and a few muffins to offer. Will not be coming back!

The HVAC system in my room was very noisy and had a loud and long squeek when it was shutting down, which soulnded like it needed lubrication. So moisy I had to turn it off to sleep.

Staff was Friendly, I only spoke with the receptionist once. The Floors in the Lobby were clean, however the Floors in the Hallway and worse yet the floors in the Room were disgusting! there were the proper number of towels and Amenities. the Bed seemed clean.

I was asked to check in again at my arrival although I had completed the check in process online. The space wasn't particularly clean, I found a dead bug by my window, and there was no hot sauce or ketchup available. I tried asking where I could get water and other than a container that seemed like had been there all day there was no other option. The bed was old and not the most comfortable.

parking was fine, only thing left at 8:15am for breakfast was waffles, no eggs or sausage. The sheets on the bed were dirty the blanket had what looked like to be blood and mucus stains. no very happy with accommodations at all.

Bathroom was not in good shape. Need new sinks and tubs without rust. Door to bathroom needed painting. Pieces of tile in bathroom were missing. The hotel just didn’t seem to be taken care of. Thankfully the bed was comfortable.
