This is a modern hotel in a great location downtown. We had a wonderful view of the city. My only complaint was that the bed was super soft. Not my preference. We only stayed one night. Didn’t use much of the hotel other than the room. I would stay here again.

Liked: Property conditions & facilities
The Hotel can hardly be found, the Name is ON TOP OF THE BUILDING, at street level the sign is 8 by 4 inches, and the groundfloor of the building haa an company announcing that the building is closed.
The reception of the hotel is on the third floor of th building
and can only be reached thru a garage
RIDICULOUS situation, especially if you arrive after a 9 hour trip in tge evening at 8:00 o‘clock NOT FUNNY
It’s in a good and convenient location with lots of dining options. The property is nice and clean. There is complimentary breakfast with decent selection. I just didn’t like the valet parking for $32 a night. However there is a public garage across the street for $12 a night.
So this is a very odd hotel. There is no ground floor lobby and the area it is in is across from the bus station - which means it can get a little dicey at night.
A few thoughts and tips -
1. There is NO signage showing you where to go to check in. Like - zero. We drove around the building for 20 minutes trying to figure out where the lobby was. You need to go in the valet entrance to access the lobby after 10pm when the outside door to the elevator area is locked for the night (with no access due to the area surrounding the hotel). No matter what time - lobby is on 2nd floor.
2. You don’t have to valet. We chose to park on the street and spent about $10 total over 3 nights rather than $100 total to valet. The spots are literally right outside the door.
3. You MUST have a key to access the elevator area or the elevator itself. Plan accordingly.
4. Christian in the valet team was AWESOME and helped us immensely.
5. Don’t expect much help from the night staff if issues. They were not real sure what was going on from my experience.
6. I emailed the GM with my concerns but never hear a peep.
7. The room was very nice but everything was very cheaply made. Bed was fine but definitely older mattress. Several outlets by the bed were broken. Sofa was a rock.
All in all we had a wonderful trip but for the money and hassle of no ground floor lobby entry and the no access from the outside after 10 pm, we would definitely choose to stay elsewhere. Thanks for reading.
There were bedbugs on the room, this is not the first incident they had about this, the hotel is in great location but I don’t recommend it, my roommate threw all his clothes and still have itching on his eye, back, shoulder, neck, ear… there were too many bedbugs
I don’t appreciate that hotel advertised parking as part of stay. However they only had valet parking and charged me 32.00. Typically valet is free for paid rooms.
Morning staff at the desk are rude and appear miserable with their job.
There shouldn’t be a charge for parking and if there is it needs to be disclosed, before someone books a room.
Just didn’t care for the bus station across the street. But otherwise it was great. We loved the view from our room. Stacia and Danielle at from desk were fantastic.. disappointed about complimentary bottle water running out. Still very happy with our stay! Cleaning staff were very nice!
The two girls at the front desk were amazing. One had longer blonde hair with glasses and the other had long straight dark hair. They wrote down their names for me, but I have lost the paper. But they were very very good to my husband and I..
