I did not stay in the room because I had to cancel the reservation because of a death and ill-timed funeral. Expedia did all they could do to help, but the proprietors at the HIE&S would not have it. I understand a no-cancel reservation is no cancel, but there should be allowances for extenuating circumstances. Not happy.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The rooms were clean, quiet, and modern. Louise at the front desk was especially helpful and enjoyable to work with. The free breakfasts were wonderful (eggs, bacon, oatmeal, pancakes, bagels, & fresh ground coffee)! Will absolutely stay here again when we visit our son who is in college at CC.
