The living room features comfortable seating, a Smart TV, and a cozy gas fireplace, creating the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring. The space flows seamlessly into the dining area and fully equipped kitchen, making meals and conversation easy. Additional seating at the kitchen bar provides extra room for dining, morning coffee, or planning the day's adventures.
Just off the dining area, you'll find access to the balcony where a propane grill and outdoor dining table make it easy to enjoy meals outdoors.
The primary suite is conveniently located on the main level and features a comfortable king bed, walk-in closet, and a spacious en-suite bathroom complete with dual vanities, a soaking tub, walk-in shower, and separate water closet. Also on this level is a second bedroom with a queen bed and dedicated desk, providing a comfortable workspace for guests working remotely during their stay. A half bathroom completes the main floor.

The fully finished walk-out basement provides a second living area designed for both relaxation and entertainment. Three additional bedrooms are located downstairs, including a king bedroom with its own Smart TV, a queen bedroom, and a full bedroom. A full bathroom and laundry room are also located on this level, making it an ideal setup for larger groups and longer stays.
To keep guests comfortable year-round, the home is equipped with a brand-new central air conditioning system.

This house was perfect for our family if 5 and my parents. They had the room on the main level and we all had a room in the lower level. Long Weekend for Family Wedding

This house was perfect for our group of 7 and our dog! We had a family wedding that was 15 minutes away on a ranch, and we were able to take advantage of the close the proximity to both Colorado Springs and Denver during our 5 day stay.
