Fully Furnished and includes all utilities including cable and high speed wifi. Home is 1 bedroom/1 bath, and a work space. There's a pull out queen sofa sleeper in living room and two large SMART TV's (65"inches) plus a large front porch to relax and enjoy coffee in the morning or cocktails at night! Fully furnished, includes utensil's, towels, sheets, blankets, washer and dryer, etc. AMAZING mountain views surround you and walking distance a large grocery store, restaurants, transportation and lots more! It is a short ride to Old Colorado City, downtown Colorado Springs, Manitou Springs with shopping, dining, coffee houses, entertainment, etc. Garden of the Gods, Cave of the Winds, Pikes Peak and so much more is a short drive from home! Minimum stay is 30 days.
