Pillows were terrible. Bathroom floor was extremely dirty. First day there I reported tv didn’t work properly and never fixed. Two chairs in the living area desperately need cleaning. Stains are terrible. Tried calling the front desk several of times with no answer. I would never stay here again and I will pass this on to people I know that do go to Cripple Creek

Large room! Large bathroom! Staff were courteous. The two dinners I had at Maggie's Restaurant (downstairs) were excellent and reasonably priced.

We stayed one night here in a quaint room! Very clean and comfortable! Chris Anderson Dana Banta Larry Martinez Michal Santistven went above and beyond for us and were fantastic!!! I highly recommend this place!!!!

Great hotel, but it’s got a lot of stairs

This is an old mining town that has casinos side-by-side. This particular one has the hotels upstairs, and unfortunately, the elevator can only be used by private residence, not hotel guest. There are 26 steps to get upstairs. Me being 71 years old and having to carry a couple of heavy suitcases was a chore. The restaurant downstairs serves good food and they do have underground, sheltered parking available.

It was relatively quiet at night and the room was very clean, minus a few issues with the shower. Overall, it was a good night and I would have no problem staying their again

The room & bathroom were large & adequate. The 2 chairs & ottoman were old & worn. We had to use stairs to get to the 2nd floor because there was NO elevator. We went to there restaurant “Maggie’s” & we waited a good 30 minutes for our Food. My Husband ordered a Green Chili Hamburger & it came drenched in a watery liquid. When we asked the waitress about it she said that’s how it comes. He couldn't pick it up to eat it the bread was soggy. We will not be staying there again!
