We had a great stay! This host was absolutely fantastic, I had and issuse and needed some extra accommodations and she went out of her way to help! I would definitely stay here again the house had everything we needed and very comfortable. BONUS the house has a massage chair that we enjoyed! I highly recommend this house.

This home is perfect. 4 bedrooms all with comfortable beds, 2 bathrooms, a huge fenced in yard for our 3 large dogs (even had a doggy door!), use of the garage, plenty of parking, fully equipped kitchen and everything was immaculate. I would highly recommend this home to anyone! We will definitely book this VRBO again with friendly host Patty!

We enjoyed our stay at Kevin's beautiful property in Colorado Springs! Our host was professional, responsive, and flexible with scheduling, allowing us to extend our stay by an extra night. The property is well-maintained, and the garage, fenced backyard, and massage chair were an added bonus. I would absolutely stay at Kevin's house again should my family return to Colorado Springs.

A tranquil experience tucked inside the business of CO springs. It was our first time out since we moved to this state and needed to attend a work function nearby. A beautiful home is what we found. Colorado Family Getaway

The property was a perfect fit for our family, especially the location. Our two children each had a bedroom to themselves, which they loved. The property does not have air conditioning (it only lists heating as available in the property description, which we accidently overlooked when booking). There is a fan in the main bedroom and a portable/window unit air conditioner in one of the guest rooms, which makes it more comfortable. Property is clean and well maintained.

We were in COS to attend a concert and drive up Pike’s Peak. This home was the perfect location and has great amenities. The listing was accurate and the fenced in yard allowed our dogs to be off-leash.

Kevin is a great host, house is exactly as advertised, spacious and clean. All amenities provided and location is close enough to everything you would want to do in the springs, as long as you have a car. I did not know there is no air conditioning in the house so be wary if you’re going the extreme heat, Kevin did arrange for a portable AC in one room and a cooling fan in another.

We were inbetween apt moves and the Brbo had a usable garage and safe and convenient location! We also had 2 cats and were so happy cats were allowed and there was a separate level with bed and bathroom. Host responded quickly when we were getting anxious about check-in Overall an excellent stay- thank you
