Relax by the pool, de-stress in the Hot Tub, gather under the stars, or unwind indoors in cozy, welcoming spaces. Perfect for exploring Zion, nearby state parks or simply making memories with friends and family.



The Space:

Escape to your own private desert retreat along the Utah–Arizona border. This charming cottage offers a peaceful queen bedroom and a second bedroom with two twin beds, perfect for couples, families, or small groups.

Relax in the hot tub, gather around the fire pit beneath the desert stars, or enjoy the seasonal pool while taking in breathtaking red rock views. The fully fenced yard also features a BBQ grill, perfect for outdoor gatherings.

Please note: The pool closes in September and typically reopens in March, weather permitting. Pool availability is dependent on seasonal temperatures and conditions.

Inside, you'll find cozy living spaces, a fully equipped kitchen, and everything you need for a comfortable getaway near Zion National Park and Southern Utah's incredible attractions.



Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the entire property, including the home, fully fenced yard, seasonal pool, fire pit, BBQ grill, and all outdoor seating areas. Enjoy complete privacy during your stay, with the freedom to relax, explore, and make the space your own.
