My family and I were in town for my grandmothers funeral. The front desk clerk was so kind, professional and accommodating. We needed an early check in so that we could get dressed for the funeral and they made sure that a room was available.

The TownePlace suites is fairly new so that’s nice. The rooms are nice and big and so are the bathrooms. Because it’s a town place, they don’t have housekeeping every day unless you request it. And the parking at that particular facility is limited although we were able to find pretty good parking every day. But nice area plenty of shopping and dining available.

We checked in late- 10:30- staff was very welcoming. However, it took us awhile to find parking. When we settled in, we checked for the extra linen for the sofa bed. However, there wasn’t anything. So, we had to go back to the lobby and ask the front desk. Other than that, the room/hotel was very clean. Breakfast was also pretty good.

Very nice… but no pet potty area

Hotel was very clean, staff was friendly, bed was comfortable. Only complaint I have is it’s pet friendly, yet there is no area for your pet to go potty. No grass area or even artificial turf.

Clean, good location with lots of chain restaurants around if that's what you're ok with. Safe. Hotel was not great, just ok, as expected. The free breakfast is the same you get anywhere with powdered eggs and make-it-yourself waffles. Fine for a short stay for business.
