Rooms are a good size and staff are friendly, but unfortunately the views from the rooms and rooftop pool are nothing like the images due to the construction tower across the road. You can no longer see the ocean. The pool is a lot smaller than pictured too, and the rooms are quite dated and could do with a refurbish. We also found the shower ran out of hot water on two occasions. Overall fine for one night, though there are probably nicer places at a similar price

The staff were lovely but that’s about it really. I booked this hotel as the last part of our honeymoon, expecting the stunning views from the rooftop that the images show. Unfortunately I didn’t get this, I got a view of 3 hideous skyscrapers. They’ve been built for a while and the images are so outdated. It’s misleading and it’s false advertisement. I wasn’t happy at all. You really need to update your photos and show what the rooftop view is actually like, you cannot see the sea at all.

The staff were kind enough to upgrade us to a premium room. However the king size was just enough for four of us; 2 adults and 2 kids. We'd have liked some more room, perhaps 2 double beds. The room itself was nice & tidy, had an office space which was quite handy. Very friendly staff. Enjoyed our stay.

The room was emmaculate and staff were very helpful and courteous. I just found the channels available tonus were not as entertaining. They were all n Tamil or Singhalese. The fridge also wasnt as cool as it should have been. The balcony was not accessible. Despite this, I would love to return again.

Excellent staff Cedric at the front desk Sampath at the Gym and Hasini at the lobby coffee shop were EXCELLENT in every way Sampath was excellent in teaching me how to use equipment correctly Gym is too small and very cramped I had a water leak issue from the shower door seal and Cedric was so helpful Hasini always with a smile and very accommodating Excellent staff Thank you
