Poor check-in experience. Redundant and inefficient processes, such as keying in all ID information and then also taking photos of them,this process repeated for both me and my wife, keying in credit card receipt numbers and information back in to the hotel reservation system, etc.) When asked about these time consuming processes, was told that this is how all their hotels operate which immediately helped me to decide not to use any cinnamon brand hotel for my next stay 😂. The floors were carpeted and the musky smells were overwhelming especially in the corridors. Only two bath towels were in the room. No hand or face towels. The coffee/tea station in the room lacked basic necessities - no coasters, no glass, etc. Room was not made up until after 3pm. The staff was mechanical - not very helpful. It’s almost like these people had no idea how to run a hotel. Quite surprised by the poor experience- failed to meet basic expectations. Will avoid Cinnamon hotels in the future.
