I had an amazing stay at Amari Sri Lanka and couldn't have been happier with my experience. The hotel is in a fantastic location with breathtaking views from the room, making every morning and evening truly special. A special thank you to Vinula, who was incredibly helpful in arranging my rooms and ensuring everything was perfectly organized for my meeting. Their professionalism and attention to detail made my stay completely stress-free. The entire staff were warm, friendly, and always willing to help with a smile. Their excellent service really stood out and made me feel welcome throughout my stay. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Amari Sri Lanka and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable stay, outstanding service, and beautiful surroundings. Their service was excellent. They were super helpful. I wanted to check-out early the next morning, so I went to the reception that night and informed them to do a quick process for the check-out. They were not only very helpful regarding the check-out process but also this gentleman at the lobby packed my breakfast just because I would not be there to have breakfast. The next morning they gave me a big box of breakfast with everything I like. Honestly the best and very caring place I have ever been. Hospitality at it's best! Will definitely recommend to others.

The hotel itself was of a great standard and I loved the rooftop views and the infinity pool. The staff were also very helpful. I was somewhat disappointed however by the room which didn't feel up to 5 star standard and seemed rather dated.

Perfect hotel to stay a night in after arriving into Colombo. We did a city Tuk Tuk tour before heading to Sigiriya the following day. Lovely cafe on the 6th floor. Special thanks to Yasasna on reception for telephoning our airline several times to track our delayed luggage.
