Great location. Staff let us check in earlier which is very nice of her. The hotel is designed for sleeping. We love every bits of it while we were in köln. We will only stay in this chain in the future coz you know extracts what to expect! Well done!

We had a wonderful stay overall. The hotel is ideally located within walking distance of the central train station and Cologne Cathedral. Despite its peaceful surroundings, it is conveniently close to restaurants and supermarkets. The family room was spacious and reasonably priced. It was located in the adjacent building, with access involving a few stairs, although an elevator was available. Our only minor inconvenience was a delayed check-in, as the room was not ready on time. The hotel kindly offered complimentary drinks while we waited, which was a thoughtful gesture. Most importantly, the staff were genuinely warm, professional, and incredibly helpful. Their excellent hospitality made our stay truly enjoyable.
