Hardly any amenities in the room - no toothbrush, slippers etc. but I believe those are avail from reception if you asked for them. Staff at counter were not v knowledgeable - my son fell v sick and we were looking for a doc in the night. Staff recommended that we walk to the nearby hospital - so we did. Only to be told the hospital is not authorised to treat minors so we then had to make our way to a children’s hospital. We would have saved time and pain if we were given the correct info at the start. We requested for a later check out till close to 4pm because my son was still very sick the next day and our train was at 4.30pm. However was told it was not possible because the hotel was full. We found out later there are still rooms available for booking online. Would have been nice for the hotel to offer us a free late check out or at least offer us the option to pay for half a day so my son could rest in the room for a few more hours.

Excellent hotel! The breakfast buffet did not disappoint, great variety and the staff were so helpful and friendly. Lovely big bedroom. The central location is great, as is the close proximity to the train station. Would definitely recommend.

The breakfast selection was quite limited and rather expensive at €32 per person - not good value for money. Additionally, a cleaning cloth was left on the desk in my room for two days. It was only removed after I placed it next to the used towel on the third day, which was disappointing.
