My husband and I had booked an overnight stay at the City Class am Dom from October 13 to 14, 2025. When we arrived, we were told that the water might be turned off for about 30 minutes in the morning, but that it would probably not affect us.
In the morning, however, there was no water at all—neither for showering nor for the toilet. We waited several hours for the water to be turned back on. We were told we could check out an hour later so that we could still take a shower. Around 11:40 a.m., the water finally came back, but it was brown and therefore unusable.
We went to the reception and said that we had paid for the use of water but had not received any. We asked for at least a partial refund of our bill. We had paid €226.61. They apologized but told us they could not refund us anything.
