4/10 Poor

Disliked: Staff & service, property conditions & facilities
We arrived late and the night staff at our arrival seemed more interested in playing games on their phones than helping us. The second day we interacted with a nice lady from the staff who spoke ok english and was helpful. We were allowed to put out cold clamps in their freezer, which was a nice gesture. Overall english could be improved in the staff. The elevator needs fixing. It's really slow, to the point where we wondered if it was actually working or not. It was, just very sluggish. The B&B as a whole was more or less what we expected for the price, but some staff members could use a course in customer service.

You pay what you get. It's a budget hotel with bare minimal amenities available. No kettle for hot drinks in the room. No air-conditioning, only blasting heat from the unit (lowest I can set was 26C) Opening the window is the only option for ventilation. It's especially hard when it's pollen season and it's noisy as people were hanging out outside the building. There was a large clump of hair stuck on the wall hanger in the room. We're pretty grossed out. One overnight short is more than enough for us.
