The staff would not give me a second pillow. It was very noisy at night - people running up and down the corridor and shouting. The room was very hot and the front desk ran out of fans. That said, the location worked well for us.

Disliked: Staff & service
I booked a twin bed dorm for a bit more money, Expedia transferred half of what I paid to a&o and booked a 6 bed shared dorm. a&o did nothing to accommodate me,(They saw my receipt and saw the mistake Expedia made) because according to them they can't change the booking because it was booked by Expedia and Expedia also did nothing to help and did not send me the difference I paid either. I checked in, went up to the room and checked out same day. I did not stay there and had to arrange my own accomodation.
