Located on the heights of Collioure, 12 minutes walk from the center, the beaches, the bay of Collioure, the port, restaurants, shops and the alleys of the village, in the SAPHIR Finca Majorca residence, on the 1st and last floor of a construction composed of 4 T2 apartments.

Contemporary apartment with terrace, quiet, very bright, main room of 26m² composed of a living room with well-equipped American kitchen, new sofa bed in the living room, separate bedroom with 160 cm bed, built-in wardrobe and plenty of storage, bathroom, separate toilet.

Swimming pool open from June 15 to September 15 according to prefectural decree.

Private closed individual garage essential because it is difficult to park in Collioure.

Weekly rental from Saturday to Saturday for the months of July and August, and a minimum of 3 nights outside the summer period.

Linen is not provided but it is possible to book it in advance and pick it up at the key collection (Price: €15 / person including bed linen, a large and a small towel).

Séjour Très agréable.

Nous sommes restés douze jours a Collioure. Merveilleuse région. L'appartement est fonctionnel, bien exposé, agréable a vivre. Bien situé, douze minutes, a pied, du centre ville ou il est impossible de stationner.

Très beau séjour à Collioure

Nous avons avons passé un agréable séjour à Collioure sous le soleil. Mer et Montagne en février, quelle belle découverte. L'appartement correspondant parfaitement à nos attentes et au descriptif avec une très belle vue sur la mer. Très calme et parfaitement équipé. Notre hôte, Marie-Jo a notre écoute et a répondu a nos questions et interrogations. Nous conseillons fortement Olivier

Appartement très confortable, vue sur la mer

Nous avons passés un excellent séjour sur les hauteurs de Collioure. Appartement très agréable , terrasse vue sur la mer et surtout un garage point non négligeable vue les difficultés de stationnement. Nous conseillons ++++.

Très agréable séjour dans cet appartement fonctionnel, propre, lumineux , magnifique vue, très bien situé sur les hauteurs de Collioure. Le garage est un grand + . Je le recommande sans hésitation.
