The fully equipped kitchenette includes a granite countertop and all necessary accessories such as a fridge-freezer, pressure cooker, toaster, electric coffee maker, and microwave oven. The dining area features a granite table. Additional amenities include a flat-screen color TV, iron and ironing board, and vacuum cleaner. The large southeast-facing terrace offers sun from morning until mid-afternoon. The beach is 50 m away, the road is 200 m away, and there is a collective private garage with a reserved space. The historic town center is a 15-minute walk away, and a supermarket is 200 m away. Clean pets are allowed. Holiday checks are accepted.
