Composed of a main room with a sofa, a kitchen area - 2 vitro hobs, a fridge/freezer, a microwave - and a dining area. A bedroom equipped with a 140 cm double bed and a 90 cm single bed with large wall cupboard as well as a bathroom (shower, sink, toilet and washing machine) complete this accommodation.
You will be 50 m from Avall beach in the suburbs and 10 minutes walk from the historic center of the city. Municipal paid parking lots nearby.

Optional additional services: household linen is not provided but it is possible to reserve it in advance and collect it upon handing over the keys (double bed kit: 12.00 euros / single bed kit: 9.00 euros / towel kit toiletries: with a large and a small towel: €8.00).

Bien situé mais.....

Appartement pas moderne, pas fonctionnel. Appartement sombre. La porte d'entrée est trop dure à ouvrir. La machine à laver mériterait d'être changée ! Et non au pèse personne qui date des années 80 ! Un vieille colonne climatiseur que je n'ai pas osé allumée de peur qu'elle se casse. Je ne reviendrais pas dans cet appartement. Dommage.
