Terrible customer service
Absolutely the rudest front desk attendant I have ever dealt with. Upon arrival, the front desk attendant Tanya informed me that I had no reservation. I pulled out my phone and tried to show her my confirmation number from hotels.com, and she wouldn't even look at it. She said it wasnt her problem and I needed to contact hotels.com. So after sitting on hold for 45 minutes, they informed me that they contacted the hotel and that indeed I did have a reservation. At that point there was no way I was staying there. Worst customer service I have ever had at any establishment. Stay away from this place!
