I got there 30 mins early to avoid a crowd. There was a 30 dollar fee to check in early. The person at the front counter just left 30 mins prior to check and didn’t return until 3:00 exactly. The lobby was literally full of people with one person to check people in. I come to the Saint Louis areas 17 times a year. I will never use the hotel again. Wouldn’t take much to stand out in area.

Very rundown and broken. We opened the door to our room and instantly noticed hundreds of bugs dead on the carpet. We layed our sleeping children down on one of the beds and as we pulled the sheets back we found 4-5 live giant beetle type bugs. It was the most disgusting thing. There was hair all over the bathroom. We grabbed our children and left.
