Staff spoke very little english. Had to wait to see is the handicapped room was ready, from being supposedly deep cleaned. There were cracks in the ceiling ,that had been haphazardly plastered over and was chippy. There was blue paint chipping off the wall and the veneer on the door was peeling off.

My only problem was the baby roach that I found in the bathroom on the wall by the toilet. I took a picture of it too. I had to go and secure my belongings because I did not want anything traveling home with me. I honestly would like my money back if that’s possible.

Walking into the hotel, the first thing I noticed was the smell. The lobby had a weird funk to it. Then after checking in, the room we had was a mess. The curtains were ripped. The chairs and carpets had stains on them. There was hair underneath the mattress. All of the furniture looked like they took it out of an abandoned hotel and had not been cleaned after they got it. I didn't even spend the night it was so bad and immediately left to find a new hotel.
