Checkin was great! The staff was so nice and it was very quick to get settled. My room seemed like it hadn’t been deep cleaned in a while, makeup spilled on the bathroom counter, toothpaste spatter on the mirror, and hair in the shower. The shower sadly wouldn’t get above lukewarm temperature. I didn’t feel comfortable sitting anywhere except the bed due to stains, the corner chair had a thick layer of dust :( I did sleep really well though, it was quiet and the bed seemed to have clean sheets.

The room wasn't clean e walked in and the bed was made. No toiletries. Had to get towels before they closed. The underside of the sink was nasty. There was no house cleaning. The elevatewaterd smelled and no one had cleaned the floors. There were stains on the carpet and the walls. The carpet in the room was very dirty and have multiple stains throughout the floor.

There was no shampoo, shower gel, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, pot and pans, hair dryer, flatware, or any of the normal items one usually has in a motel. In an extended stay place one would expect these things. Further, the bed was way too hard and uncomfortable. Woke up with a horrible backache both days. This is partly my fault for not reading the description well enough. I have traveled a lot and have never seen a place with absolutely NO amenities. There weren't even hand towels! Two large towels and two wash cloths were all that was there. All in all it was a pretty miserable experience. Glad it was only two nights.
