We booked a 2-queen bed room. When we checked in, we did not realize the room they provided was 1 king size bed. I contcted the front desk after realizing when we were in the room already. The front desk lady who was very courteous, explained that there was no available 2 queen bed anymore as they were fully booked. I was wondering why would they approve me and why would they publish such rate and room if it was mot available? There was a pull up sofa but we did nkt use it because it was dirty and smelly. There were 2 extra pillows and extra blanket in fhe cabinet but smelly. I ended up asking for 2 extra pillows and blanket.

Very clean, close to shopping and food. Room was comfortable. Great price and the front desk service was top notch. I’ve stayed here the last two times I’ve come to Alton and it is my go to Hotel now!
