I had a slow drain in my bathroom sink that was never fixed and I stayed there a week. Also too they got new TVs that are smart TVs, but you couldn’t connect to YouTube or Netflix. When I asked them about it, they didn’t know how to fix it. Housekeeping did not vacuum my room for four days and made the bed only once when I was there. Also, too, I had an empty conditioner dispenser in my bathroom. I notified them about that and they still never refilled it, until the following day

Room wasnt great and the breakfast was horrible for the price of the room. They also had people outside of the hotel by back entrance sleeping in there cars being very loud.

I asked for and received an accessible room. I was very happy with the walk-in shower. Your staff was wonderful---very friendly. The breakfast was good and the lobby was beautiful. Already decorated for Christmas. There was not one thing to complain about!

We booked a 2-queen bed room. When we checked in, we did not realize the room they provided was 1 king size bed. I contcted the front desk after realizing when we were in the room already. The front desk lady who was very courteous, explained that there was no available 2 queen bed anymore as they were fully booked. I was wondering why would they approve me and why would they publish such rate and room if it was mot available? There was a pull up sofa but we did nkt use it because it was dirty and smelly. There were 2 extra pillows and extra blanket in fhe cabinet but smelly. I ended up asking for 2 extra pillows and blanket.
