The rooms were not clean We stayed with our sports team and several families had dirty sheets, pillowcases, etc. Facilities were in bad shape, dripping water into buckets. Just poor condition in general. Nothing closeby this location besides a dominos and a gas station.

The hotel was exceptionally clean and comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing visit. The staff was friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. The location was perfect—just a short drive to Scott Air Force Base, which made it very convenient for my trip. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The check-in staff was nice. We liked the clean and uncluttered feel of the room. Some suggestions: The desk was too close to the AC, making working there a bit difficult. The breakfast could use more fruits.

Comfort over distance.

Well as far as convenience of location great. Was visiting my children and grandchildren the hotel was minutes from where he lived. But as from as the hotel in general i felt it was very out dated, television not up to date. Did not know the place still allowed smoking 😳 the smell of smoke stank drifted into our room made it difficult to sleep. And as for the bed i did not understand the metal base on which the bed set because everytime we went to move it would make this loud noise like someone was playing with a tin can. On a positive note staff was extremely friendly the complimentary breakfast was nice. Also the room we were in you could tell had water damage there was a hole in the wall at the very top above the bed about the size of a quarter didn't like that at all. Wouldn't recommend and in the future will be staying else where.

Very friendly greeted us with a smile. Scheduled the shuttle to the airport very easily and on time. Didn’t have any issues post trip with airport PU. Highly recommend this hotel. We did not eat breakfast.
