The Economy Room is a room that can accommodate 1 or 2 people on vacation in the heart of Salento. The room is located on the second floor of a prestigious masseria with swimming pool in Collepasso, in the area of Gallipoli.
The room is equipped with air conditioning, wi-fi internet, smart TV, telephone, safe, minibar, hairdryer and courtesy kit. Breakfast is included. Small pets are allowed, with surcharge. Free reserved parking.

A tribute to Mediterranean plants and the blue Salento sky, the Standard Economy is a furnished room with a 140-cm French bed, perfect for one or two people on vacation in Salento.
Breakfast
is served every morning from 8 to 10 a.m. on the ground floor in the
dining room. It includes both sweet and savory items.

ancient farmhouse dating back to the early 1800`s, now completely
renovated, preserves all the charm of its history, the peculiarities of
the typical rural building of Salento, perfectly put in harmony with the
services offered by a modern accommodation facility.

Sant`Eleuterio is immersed in the centuries-old olive groves of the
Salento countryside, in the hinterland of the Gallipoli area, along the
homonymous Via Sant`Eleuterio, which joins provincial road 371 that
connects the towns of Parabita and Collepasso, the latter just 1 km away.
The town of Gallipoli,
with its historic center, long beaches, prestigious equipped lidos and
lively summer nightlife, is just 15 km away from the masseria. The small
towns of Grecìa Salentina are also very close. The city of Lecce, capital of Baroque, is about 40 km away.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Change of bed linen, each 3 days
- Tidying up of accommodation with change of bathroom linen, for day
- Breakfast included from 08:00 to 10:00.
- Shared Pool available from mid-May to October.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 30 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
