The first appearance left a little to be desired. The exterior looked a little run down but we decided to give the room a chance. Room was very clean with just a few notes. Microwave was unplugged, but I moved it to the desk instead of trying to find the plug behind the TV. Staff at check in were okay, just not overly friendly. Tub spigot was a bit loose but didn't affect the shower. Probably could use tub mats for guests...it was a bit slippery, but the handrails helped. Beds were very comfortable and the AC was really good.
