First off shout out to Trinn and Kelly, they were fantastic and this rating does not reflect onto the staff. The cleanliness of our hotel room and lobby was fantastic, however we did want to enjoy the pool, but the pool was so green and dirty! The spa was clean, but it was a bit too hot outside to enjoy it. Beds are extremely comfortable! but as far as a peaceful night, no, there was someone next to us that played their TV so loud the whole night which made us wake up due to walls vibrating and we could not rest well. I called the front desk about it, but it was not resolved which was a bummer for us. Breakfast was great!

No sleep!

This was the worst hotel stay of my life. There was some type of domestic argument in the room next to mine that started at 2am. We called the front desk to complain, but the crying woman, banging noises, and loud arguing continued for another hour. At this point my wife was fearful for our safety, so i called the front desk again, this time asking him to call the police. The police showed up at about 4am. We didn't get any sleep causing us to miss my daughter's volleyball game. This trip was a nightmare!
