What I needed

Hotel is easy to get to and write on the air train connection from ATL. You have to walk a few hundred feet if you have suitcases, but it is paved and flat. Hotel was clean and nice and updated.

How Tru it is.

Stayed at Tru before. It's a great experience. Friendly people, good breakfast, in and out fast, and safe.

The hotel was basically fine. The two issues were that the walls are paper thin and the front desk staff is unprofessional and poorly informed regarding basic things like breakfast hours, airport shuttle. They were distracted and not very welcoming.

The valet situation could be better. We got in after a day of being gone and the line was long and only one young man was working. I don’t blame him but he didn’t lock my car and luckily I was notified via my app.
