This was the cheapest, closest option for the event I was attending in D.C. There isn’t anything special going on about this hotel, you get what you pay for.

This is a very straightforward motel. Not signing up for a glitzy experience, instead somewhere to lay your head for the night for a lower cost. I stayed for one night while attending a concert. Bathroom was clean enough. Beds were made up. Room had a slight Smokey smell, however - nothing unbearable. Overall , 8 out of 10 for a place to stay one night.

It filthy and the property is a mess it a 1.0 motel it no good and there rare people's there or get busy or business unless people's coming from outta town or off the highway for a pit stop that basically what it is? There nothing in the room they dont do breakfast dont like the atmosphere or elements there and I dont think I be returning back and they hold a deposit of your money for a trashy room with a half fix door and bugs im good.

Terrible experience. The TV didn't work. The bathroom was filthy. There was a constant smell of drugs, noise from other rooms could be heard, and my neighbor played music all night long.

The room was ok, but lacked microwave and refrigerator. It seems that not all rooms have refrigerators or freezers. The staff didn’t care and wanted you to come to the main office and purchase overpriced drinks and whatever else you may want.

This is a dirty place. The tub and toilet hadn't been cleaned much less disinfected. I made an online reservation but it still took 20+ minutes to register. The clerk barely spoke English and couldn't even tell me and another person how to get to the elevator in the middle of the building outdoors. We drove around and walked around until we found it. The door to the unit wasn't very secure. Cracks were so wide you could look inside easily. I put my jacket over the chair and sat it against the door for safety. I will NEVER stay there again!

Perfect Stay in DC for Cowboy Carter

Decently close to Northwest Stadium and a metro station! Very walkable to nearby spots for food. The trip was already expensive so an affordable stay was much appreciated!
