Romantic overnight stay

Booked a room with beautiful for a romantic overnight stay. Front Desk person was courteous and efficient. Location of the hotel is ideal- walking distance to many eateries/bars. Room was clean and quiet. I found the mattress too soft but Hubby loved it. We'll come back and stay here soon.

Upon checkin, I was greeted warmly by the reception staff and given guidance for navigating during my stay. She was gracious and kind. The other staff members during my stay were also kind and helpful. The room was clean and provided the space my family and I needed. The view from our room was perfect! e had such an amazing stay at this Hyatt location. We’ve stayed at Hyatt’s in many locations around the United States and also out of the country but I would say this is one of my favorite locations. The hotel room was spacious and clean. It had a nice little sitting area that you could work at or eat from. The beds were soft and comfortable and the room temperatures were perfect. The bathroom was clean and big. The toilets flushed properly and the water was nice and hot in the showers. The shower actually had doors that closed all the way and that was such a huge win to be able to walk out and not have wet floors. The towels were soft and fluffy and the soaps didn’t dry out your skin. If you get a water view, you’ll be able to see the harbor and pier. The ferris wheel on the pier makes for a very nice view in the evenings. The area around the hotel is really nice. It is a small town meets chain restaurants. The small area is a walking area and there is a large convention center near by which probably brings in a lot of the foot traffic.

Clean, Comfortable Stay with Amazing Views

I recently stayed at the Hyatt at National Harbor and overall had a great experience. The hotel was extremely clean, which was one of the first things I noticed and appreciated. The room was well-kept, modern, and very comfortable. One of the highlights of the stay was the incredible view absolutely breathtaking, especially during sunrise and sunset. If you’re someone who values a room with a view, you won’t be disappointed here. We also dined at the hotel restaurant, and I have to say—the crab dip was phenomenal. Creamy, flavorful, and perfect with a drink after a long day. On the downside, the breakfast (which was $11) left much to be desired. The food was cold and lacked flavor definitely not up to the standard of the rest of the hotel. Unfortunately, during our visit, the lanternfly situation was really bad, which made it tough to enjoy the outdoor areas. Obviously, that’s not the hotel’s fault, but it’s something to keep in mind if you’re visiting during warmer months. All in all, I’d recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, stunning views, and great restaurant but I’d skip the breakfast and check the season before planning too much outdoor time.
