Nice stay but needs some upgrades

Our stay was just ok, the room was quite dusty, the thermostat on the wall didn’t work had to manually change the temp by the controls on the unit, shower head was broken and sprayed water everywhere. My husband had to tighten it by hand and change the sprayer direction. Toilet seat had hair on it and cracks in the porcelain. I cleaned and disinfected the room myself with cleaner I brought with us. Sheets were too small for the king size bed and turned the wrong direction to force the fit. Water in sink had to run for 5 mins before getting hot. The staff were delightful and the pool area was nice. Breakfast was amazing! There was vent outside of our room that was very loud blowing warm air in the hallway.

The stay was great. We had an issue checking in. They could not find out reservation and the gentleman that helped us kept insisting that our reservation was not prepaid. He finally found the reservation and the rest of the night was awesome.

We stayed here for the Beyoncé concert it the room was lovely comfortable and spacious. We had one issue that was corrected immediately. Staff is very pleasant and rooms were clean. Parking was easy and the hotel itself was clean and quiet.
