Being in a college town this hotel knows they have a captive audience, and they don’t need to keep the rooms up-to-date and mediocrity will still get them plenty of stays because every four years there’s a complete turnover of potential guests. My room had a very odd Jacuzzi with no door between the room and the tub, as well as two mini fridges.

Expedia messed up on overbooking our ideal room (king bed), so we took a double bed room instead. Besides that hiccup our stay was pretty much perfect. Great staff, the breakfast offerings were good, clean rooms and common areas. We plan on using them again when we come back to the area.
