Front desk was very nice! Complementary water and flip flops were given upon arrival. Overall the grounds were well maintained but the pool was dirty ( no cover on pool/ or pool boy to clean out every couple hours). Pool is right next to a main road covered up by some bushes but you can hear the cars zipping by. Rooms were nice. Breakfast had a great variety of food. Onsite dinner was okay nothing special.

I specifically want to call out Bruno (I believe that's his name) He was so helpful during our stay and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and gave us good tips to explore nearby. Exactly what we needed for a beautiful, peaceful and quiet Tuscany stay. The rooms were beautiful and very clean! The restaurant was absolutely delicious and all the staff was super nice! I would definitely stay here again. It’s the perfect place if you want to getaway from the business and just admire the rolling Tuscan hills.
