Immerse yourself in the peaceful Umbrian hills. This estate with panoramic swimming pool consists of a total of six flats and is the ideal holiday home for those who wish to relax and enjoy the beautiful green hills and woods of Umbria.
This flat has 3 bedrooms, private entrance, large private terrace, garden, barbecue and parking.
The town centre is only 1 km away. The restaurants, about 4 km away, will offer you cuisines from different regions. The nearby forest 1 km away can be visited and offers opportunities for hiking, trekking etc.
The estate is close to the medieval village of Gaglietole. The location is very central and you can reach all the beautiful towns in a few hours, including Assisi, Todi, Spoleto, Perugia, Orvieto and Gubbio.

In and around the house you will find many flower vases, tables, plates and other objects in terracotta or maiolica (hand-painted ceramics), all from the owner's factory.
