A wonderful villa surrounded by nature that offers a fantastic view of Lake Como. Located in the Piona area, it provides exceptional privacy, allowing you to relax completely. The villa features a fully equipped kitchen and all the necessary amenities. In the pool area, you’ll also find an outdoor kitchenette and a barbecue. Parking is free and available on the property. Just a few minutes’ drive away is the center of Colico, with restaurants, bars, and grocery stores. To access the villa, you’ll need to drive along a dirt road; if you have a particularly low-clearance vehicle, please drive carefully. A tourist tax levied by the municipality of Colico is required. We look forward to welcoming you!
