Room was nice everything modern. Didn't realize that there was no one to check in with. I am not very good with the technology stuff. For most everyone it's probably easy to check in electronically but I struggle with it. But it is a nice location and everything else was good. Would certainly stay again.

Got to the room the door code didn't work. Then the mini split ac unit didn't work so we had to use the window ac that was installed with plywood. Then sitting in front of the window ac was rat droppings on the windows seal and also the bathroom door would not close.

The first room they put us in, A/C didn’t work so I called to make sure I was using the remote correctly. After determining that the A/C was the problem, they had us move to another room. The next room was so small that we couldn’t set up our dog crate (we chose this place because we were traveling with dogs). By the time we got all our stuff moved it was 9:00 pm, and we had a long drive in the morning, so we had to make the best of it. Then, we tried using the shower. There was no hot water in the shower. A/C and hot water are basic needs at any hotel room, and this place had neither. Being ex Army Ranger, I could handle a cold shower, but that’s not what I paid for. My wife is not ex Ranger and wasn’t going to take an ice cold shower. This room also has a window that was left open prior to us moving in, so we had a plethora of gnats and moths as roommates. The lamps were loaded with spider webs, and the bathroom door had to be wedged to stay closed. At 10 pm someone came knocking at our door to offer us yet another room. Though we appreciated the offer, we had been on the road all day and were going to be on the road all day the next day and didn’t want to move everything again that late at night. I called the next day & told them I wanted a full refund. I was told they’d have someone check out the problems and get back to me. I haven’t heard from anyone yet. Footnote: this place is right off the highway so you have to be ok with tractor trailers passing by every 30 second

Room was clean and reasonably priced. Market and a couple of restaurants within walking distance. Took awhile to get the TV working right. There is no onsite staff, you are sent an access code beforehand to get into your room. We booked via Expedia (who likes to send messages) so I missed the message with the access code and was panicking a bit before another lodger told us what to look for. Good place for an overnight stay.

The outside of this motel classically old. The inside is very modern. Clean and comfortable. Functional kitchenette. There is no staff to help with check in. Everything is done online. The coded door lock took a while to figure out. I met the manager in the morning along with another staff person. They were attentive and friendly. I would stay here again.
